Abstract:

Finance is the pinnacle of the modern economy, and financial security is a crucial guarantee for the realization of Chinese Modernization. In the context of profound changes unseen in a century, the macroscopic struggle is turning to the economic and financial fields. There is an urgent need to reshape the national financial security pattern with new ideas and assist the construction of a strong country with the high-quality development of finance. This paper combines China’s national conditions with the theory of the financial security in Chinese Modernization and its essential attributes of political, demotic, systemic, advanced and international. It also clarifies the five core objectives of it. Focusing on the goal of “safe-guarding national financial security and promoting Chinese Modernization”, this paper puts forward proposals to strengthen the capacity building of the financial security in Chinese Modernized from the perspectives of enhancing the credit of sovereign currencies and fostering high-quality financial talents.
