Abstract:

With the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all–round way, the problem of absolute poverty has been historically solved, but the vulnerability of rural poverty is still prominent. Based on the theoretical framework of Marxist political economy,this paper systematically analyzes the internal structure and influencing factors of rural poverty vulnerability. The results show that the heterogeneity of rural development basis is an important cause of the differentiation of poverty vulnerability; Risk potential impact has a significant strengthening effect on poverty vulnerability, while risk resilience and policy support have a significant inhibiting effect on poverty vulnerability. By revealing the generation mechanism and action mechanism of rural poverty vulnerability, this study is of great significance for enriching the theoretical con- notation of socialist poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics, constructing long-term rural poverty assistance mechanism, and optimizing the transitional poverty governance path.
