Abstract:

The important exposition of the “Jinjiang experience” is an important part of Xi Jinping's theoretical exploration of the development practice of China's private economy. Xi Jinping's theoretical contribution to the important discussion of the private economy lies in explaining four issues: what position the private economy is in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, how the private economy can grow bigger and stronger, how to understand and treat private entrepreneurs, and what functions the government should take. This paper discusses the important position of the “Jinjiang experience” in Xi Jinping's economic thought, the theoretical contribution of the “Jinjiang experience” to the development of the private economy, and the theoretical value of the “Jinjiang experience” from Marx's “transitional period” theory. The practical significance of Xi Jinping's important discussion on the “Jinjiang experience” for the development of the private economy in the new era lies in promoting the practical innovation of the “Jinjiang Experience” from development view, adhering to the development of the private economy without wavering, as opposed to the “out-of-field theory” and “outdated theory” of the private economy, combining theory with practice, promoting the high-quality development of the private economy, further rationalizing the new type of pro-clean relationship between government and business, and optimizing the development environment of private economy comprehensively.
